Lord
Archie Canarvan of the Royal Archaeological Group claims to have discovered
a tomb some 7000 years old. If true, this tomb would be the oldest
ever discovered.
The tomb was filled with items believed to belong to the last ruler
of the lost civilization of Atlantis.
The greatest finds took place inside the burial chamber of Lord Thulimu,
the last lord of Atlantis.
Canarvan said the hot moist air of the tomb had ruined most of the
artifacts but he hoped that some of them could be restored.
A mask and a stone tablet are two of the best preserved items. The
items were shipped to the Royal Groups Museum.
The
burial chamber is one fourth
the size of the main room.
